PERSONAL NOTE
While images of snow covered Maroon Bells are common, most of them are taken during the fall season when winter and autumn often get mixed in the high country. However, images of the Maroon Bells from the middle of winter are rare. What is even more rare are winter images at sunrise.
The reason for that is that the road is closed in the winter. The options of getting to Maroon Lake are: by foot, by fat bike, by skis, or by snowmobile. If one wants to be there for sunrise they have to plan the 6 mile uphill trip. At the time of this writing I have done the trek on cross-country skis twice. This requires hitting the trail by 4:45am and traveling for 2 hours mostly in the dark.
While not an easy effort, both of my experiences have been absolutely breathtaking and worth it.

In addition, all of my Limited Edition prints come signed, as well as indicate the print edition number. That way, the edition number on the print matches the one on your Certificate of Authenticity.
