Peak color aspen trees fill the landscape in a full blown celebration of autumn. This image for me represents fullness for two reasons. One, it is a moment in time when the fall colors are full and ripe of tones and hues, which is a festival of leaves. Second, even though the scene composition is somewhat narrow, it is full of natural elements. At the bottom the dark rocks give a distinct texture. Following are fascinating aspens which extend from the foreground, way back into the distance. Above the abundant woodlands tower spectacular peaks. And finally, the dark clouds finish this photograph with the effect of a natural picture frame.
