This panoramic photograph of aspen trees and fall colors is a zoomed in version of a much larger landscape. In order for it to be fully appreciated it has to be viewed as a large format print, so that all the details can be seen. There is so much beautiful complexity in this image, one has to look closely to notice and enjoy. The bright aspens are obvious. But look closer at the fine print of God’s hand and see the additional decorations. Hillsides of orange brush and dark reds. A mixture of forested and open terrain areas. A blend of greens and yellows. Then notice the jagged rocky ridge, slightly off-center to the right. It almost looks as if it was not meant to be there. Seeing this vista with my own eyes was something I deeply cherished.
