The Europe collection is a set of limited edition photography images from the old countries. Having been born and raised in Europe myself, the beauty of that continent is near and dear to my heart. Although small, compared to other continents, Europe’s landscape variety and natural charm is rather unmatched. Traveling by car or train one can cross several country borders in just one day. In that short time period one can see mountains, valleys, sea shores, etc. Most likely the experience will offer different architectures, languages, foods, and nature photography opportunities.

This set of images brings you photography from places such as: Meteora Greece, the Greek coast of the Aegean Sea, the Italian Dolomite Mountains, and the Italian coast of Cinque Terre. Europe is a continent blessed with an incredible variety of landscapes, making it a paradise for photographers and nature lovers. From the lush forests that blanket the mountains to the serene coastal scenes that stretch along the Mediterranean, each region offers its own unique charm. When I capture these diverse sceneries, I aim to showcase the unique beauty and the distinct character of each location.
Pirin Mountains, Bulgaria
The Pirin Mountains in Bulgaria are where I grew up. My photos of this region, particularly the forest streams, display this incredible landscape. The Pirin Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are renowned for their rich biodiversity and scenery. In my photography prints, you will find images that highlight the lush green foliage, moss-covered rocks, and the gentle streams that wind their way through dense forests.
One of my favorite pieces, “Out Of The Earth,” features a mountain forest stream in Pirin National Park. This calming image shows a natural spring where water springs forth from the earth, surrounded by bright greenery.
Another artwork, “Forest Whispers,” captures the amazing forest stream landscape of the Pirin Mountains. The soft, dappled sunlight filtering through the canopy highlights the details of the moss-covered rocks and flowing water, enhancing the natural beauty of this beautiful spot. The early summer season, when the forest is full of life, is perfectly encapsulated in this image.
Italian Dolomite Mountains
The Italian Dolomite mountains are another remarkable landscape that I have had the privilege to photograph. These mountains, with their jagged peaks and lush valleys, offer a dramatic and picturesque setting that is perfect for fine art photography.
In my collection, “Mountain Sanctuary” features the Church of St. John in Ranui, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites. This small baroque chapel is set against a backdrop of the magnificent Geisler peaks of the Odle Group. The valley, carpeted by neatly cut lush grass and speckled with delicate flowers, creates a one of a kind atmosphere.
Medieval Towns
Europe is home to some of the most incredible medieval towns, each offering a unique glimpse into the past. One such place is Kotor, Montenegro, where the historical architecture and narrow cobblestone streets transport you back in time. In my Europe limited edition photography collection, I have captured some of Kotor’s medieval charm.
Kotor’s old town is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its well-preserved medieval structures. As you wander through the labyrinthine streets, you will encounter rustic stone buildings adorned with colorful shutters and flower pots.
Venetian Vistas
Venice, Italy, is another iconic location that beautifully blends romance and history. Known for its winding canals, historic buildings, and iconic gondolas, Venice offers countless opportunities for capturing great scenes. My Europe limited edition photography collection features several images that highlight the romantic and historical aspects of this magic city.
Venice’s historic architecture, from the grand palazzos to the intricate bridges, tells a story of a city that has stood the test of time. The narrow streets and hidden courtyards offer endless surprises, making Venice a treasure trove for photographers.
Greek Coastlines
The Greek coastlines with picturesque scenes, are a pleasure to visit and great for photographing the Aegean beauty.
In my print “Afternoon Rest,” the weathered body of a traditional Greek fishing boat contrasts beautifully against the azure sea, creating a peaceful and idyllic scene. The rugged coastal hills in the background frame the view into the timeless nature of Northern Greece.
Italian Coastal Villages
The Italian coastline, particularly the vibrant and colorful villages of Cinque Terre, is another great location. These villages, perched on steep cliffs and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, are renowned for their picturesque beauty and vibrant colors.
In my Europe limited edition photography collection, you will find images that display these unique Italian villages. One such photograph, “The Sea Pearl” features the quaint village of Manarola in Cinque Terre. The brightly painted houses, huddled together on the steep shores, create an amazing view. The morning sun enhances the bright colors of the homes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that is characteristic of the Italian coastline.
Meteora, Greece
Meteora, Greece, is a place of rare beauty and profound spiritual significance. The dramatic rock formations rise majestically from the ground, creating a landscape that is both rugged and ethereal. Perched atop these towering pillars are ancient monasteries that seem to float between heaven and earth, offering a glimpse into a world of solitude.
In the Europe limited edition collection, I have photographed the mystical Meteora. “Ancient Beauty” is a print of a sunset over Meteora, highlighting the panoramic view of the valley and the monasteries. There are massive rock pillars, with their vertical walls, and saturated colors of the setting sun.
Another photograph, “Midair Serenity,” features the Varlaam Monastery illuminated by the early morning light. This panoramic shot portrays the monastery perched atop a vertical rock tower, with the Meteora rocks creating a breathtaking backdrop.
Mountain Church in the Dolomites
A photograph in my collection highlights the tiny mountain church in the Funes Valley, with the steep rock walls of the Dolomites looming in the background. The lingering fog and clouds create a mood which enhances the beauty of the lush green meadows and the simple yet elegant church.
