Photography Workshop Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before signing up for the Gintchin Fine Art Photography Workshop. By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.

DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one-time to another available workshop, as long as notice is received at least 60 days prior to the start date. See cancellation details below.

The deposit amount specified with each workshop is due at the time you book a workshop. Your space is not reserved until we receive your deposit. The full balance is due 60 days prior (or on the date specified on the workshop page) to the start of the workshop. If we do not receive your balance by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your workshop and/or fill your spot off of a wait list. In the event of such a cancellation, no refunds will be provided.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & DELAY POLICY
If you choose to cancel your workshop:

Cancellation notice received at least 60 days before the workshop allows for a one-time transfer of the deposit to another available workshop. Cancellations received 0-59 days before the workshop start date will result in the forfeiture of all deposits and workshop fees.
Refunds will not be issued for delays or cancellations due to factors beyond our control, including inclement weather, flight disruptions, health crises, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other unforeseeable events.

SCHEDULE AND CHANGES
Workshop schedules are subject to change based on factors like weather conditions, health and safety considerations, or any other relevant circumstances. Gintchin Fine Art reserves the right to modify schedules as deemed necessary. Participants are responsible for their own additional expenses, such as travel, accommodation, insurance, and other incidental costs. In the event that Gintchin Fine Art cancels a workshop, a full refund will be provided.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
By participating in the Gintchin Fine Art Photography Workshop, I acknowledge the inherent risks involved in photography activities. These risks include potential injury, illness, damage to equipment, or even severe outcomes like permanent trauma or death. I fully understand and accept that these risks are integral to the nature of the activity and cannot be eliminated entirely.

I acknowledge that Gintchin Fine Art has informed me of the potential risks associated with the workshop and its activities. My participation in the workshop is voluntary, and I assume complete responsibility for the inherent risks, both those mentioned herein and those not explicitly listed. I also acknowledge that I possess the necessary skills and knowledge to engage in this activity.

I recognize that Gintchin Fine Art’s staff is available to provide additional information about the nature of the workshop and its risks. My participation signifies my willingness to participate despite these inherent risks.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of participating in the Gintchin Fine Art Photography Workshop, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Gintchin Fine Art and its officers, agents, employees, and associates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may occur during the workshop. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence or any other act or omission.

I acknowledge that by participating in the workshop, I am voluntarily assuming all risks and responsibilities, and I hereby release Gintchin Fine Art and Lazar Gintchin from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether the injuries are caused by negligence.

AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
By proceeding with registration and payment, you affirm your understanding and agreement to the above terms and conditions for the Gintchin Fine Art Photography Workshop in Colorado’s Fall Colors.
