Sometimes my images have a lot going on in them. Multiple objects, colors, and light. Other times, as is the case here, I go for simplicity. One color and one texture is all that this photo offers. Still, I find it beautiful and refreshing. The undisturbed and thick spruce forest with its evergreen colors exude a feeling of calm and peace for me.
