Mountain Island | Faroe Islands
This is one of my, if not the, favorite images from my entire Faroe Islands collection. A mysterious mountain island with steep slopes on one side and what appears like negative degree walls on the other. Its shape is so beautiful that it almost looks like the fin of an ancient giant shark, which was petrified long ago, and has remained frozen for several millennia.
One of the things I love most about this image is the gentle sunlight, which briefly touched the island. This moment was not long-lived. The weather had been overcast, but I happened to be in the right place and at the right time. This light painted the mountain in a way that it brought it to life and that was a timeless moment for me.

In addition, all of my Limited Edition prints come signed, as well as indicate the print edition number. That way, the edition number on the print matches the one on your Certificate of Authenticity.
